Open the procedure to request the aids to the business solvency

On November 11, the following provision has been published in the DOGC (Official Gazette of the Government of Catalonia): Order ECO/209/2021, of November 9, by which the procedure of previous inscription of the extraordinary direct aids of support to the business solvency in response to the pandemic of the COVID-19 is opened.

The purpose of this line is to support the solvency of the non-financial private sector in the territory of the autonomous community.

The requirements of the aids that allow the concession are that the applicants are self-employed workers and companies with registered office in the corresponding autonomous community, the volume of annual operations of the financial year 2020 of which has fallen a minimum of 30% to the financial year 2020 with respect to the financial year 2019, in case of direct estimation regime and that, in all cases, they have debts with suppliers, financial and non-financial creditors, and debts related to fixed costs.

This Order comes into force on the same day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
